    1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the website of New Trip Company or using our rental and rent-to-own services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    2. Eligibility To rent a vehicle or apply for a rent-to-own program, users must: Be at least 21 years of age (or as specified by the insurance policy). Possess a valid Saudi Driving License or a recognized International License for visitors. Have a valid National ID or Iqama.

    3. Rental & Rent-to-Own Conditions Vehicle Usage: Vehicles must be used solely for personal transportation and within the borders of Saudi Arabia unless an international permit is issued. Maintenance: For standard rentals, the company handles routine maintenance. For Rent-to-Own, maintenance responsibilities are governed by the specific finance lease contract. Prohibitions: Smoking, transporting illegal substances, or sub-leasing the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

    4. Payments and Fines Billing: Users agree to pay the rental rates, insurance fees, and any applicable VAT (15%). Traffic Violations: The user is legally responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the contract period. Fines will be registered via the "Tamm" system. Late Returns: Delayed returns will incur additional daily charges as per the price list.

    5. Insurance and Liability All vehicles are covered by comprehensive or third-party insurance as per the contract. In the event of an accident, the user must provide a valid Najm or Police report. Failure to do so may result in the user being liable for the full cost of repairs.

    6. Termination of Service New Trip Company reserves the right to terminate the contract and repossess the vehicle if: Payments are defaulted. The vehicle is used in a manner that violates Saudi law. False information was provided during the application.

    7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi Courts.
